AAT Fee Structure for Migration Decisions Review
As of July 1, 2023, the AAT application fee will be $3,374 for lodging reviews of migration decisions, excluding protection visa cases.
Please be aware of the increased fee structure for decisions involving Part 7 reviewable decisions, effective immediately.
The application fee has increased from $1,899 to $2,076 for the review of Part 7-reviewable decisions involving protection visas.
An application fee of $3,151 must be paid in all circumstances before July 1, 2023, with the exception of requests for review of visa decisions (including any related decisions).
