The Entrepreneur Stream Visa (Subclass 188E) is designed for innovative entrepreneurs who wish to develop and commercialise a business idea in Australia. Applicants must be nominated by an Australian State or Territory government and submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) through SkillSelect.
This visa allows entrepreneurs to establish or participate in a business venture in Australia that contributes to economic growth and innovation.
- Applicants may apply for this visa either from inside or outside Australia.
- Applicants applying from within Australia must hold a valid substantive visa or an appropriate Bridging Visa (A, B, or C)..

Requirements in general
