Criteria
The Business Innovation Stream – 888 visa
Businesses Activity
a promise to continue operating your qualified business in Australia for at least another two years.
Interest in Ownership
Continuous ownership involvement in one or more principal enterprises for at least two years prior to application (see 188 visa for further information). You might not be able to apply if you have an ownership stake in another previous business skills visa applicant or visa holder.
Managing Position
In each of the two years before to the application, the applicant maintained direct and ongoing engagement in the day-to-day administration of the company at a senior level and made choices that had an impact on the overall performance and direction of the company.
