Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the subclass 190 visa, you must:
Nominate an occupation listed on the relevant state or territory occupation list
Obtain a positive skills assessment for your nominated occupation
Score at least 65 points on the points test
Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) through SkillSelect
Receive a state or territory nomination
Be aged 18 to 44 years at the time of invitation
Meet English language requirements
Satisfy health and character requirements

Applies additional eligibility criteria
Sets nomination priorities based on labour market needs
